Cancellation Policy
If you need to reschedule please do so by using the link in your email/sms confirmation or contact us.
However if you need to Cancel , do so at least 24 hours before your scheduled booking appointment.
Bike Repair Services
Correct. Make sure you add your address on the “Location” field when you book.
We do! This however depends on availability. We do however have a higher booking fee. No worries your booking fee will go towards your final check out.

Parts
Yep! We sure do!
We have several suppliers.
However it is difficult for us to carry EVERY POSSIBLE part ever made.
We could special order if it requires, or feel free to provide your own parts.
Day of appointment
It takes on average 30 minutes to 1 hour per bike. It could take more if the other issues come to light. However your mechanic will give you a better estimate once bike/s assessments are complete or issues is found.
As long as we can take our 7ft long mechanics bike and have about a 8×8 space available leave the rest to us 🙂
As space allows –
- Your garage
- The sidewalk
- Your driveway
- A parking garage
We have even completed our services at:
- Spare room in office on the 16th floor
- Grocery store parking lot
- The Harbor next to our client’s boat

General
This depends but we recommend at least once a year.
If you ride your bike Between:
1x – 2x per month = Basic Tune-up once a year
1x-2x a week = Pro Tune-up once a year
2x or more per week = Pro Tune-up twice a year
There may be cases where you only need single services however it is important to tackle all the possible problems at once with a tune-up otherwise you may break down more ofter during the year.
Quick check:
Touch your chain with your index finger and your thumb, now rub your fingers together. Does it feel tacky, grainy? Then you know it needs a cleaning.
